Dental Office Admin

Are you ready to join our amazing team at Watts Dental in St. Petersburg, FL? We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join us as a full-time Dental Office Admin. This is not your average administrative position – it's an opportunity to be the heart and soul of our practice!

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

In addition to the excitement of being a part of our dynamic team, we offer competitive pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour.

You will work a schedule of Mondays, 8:30 am - 6 pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 7:00 am - 4 pm; and Fridays, 7:00 am - 1pm, with a 1 hour lunch Monday - Thursday.

All that you need is:

• 1+ year of Dental Office or treatment planning experience

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS ROLE?

In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to go over finances and insurance information with our wonderful patients. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you explain treatment costs, billing options, and insurance coverage, ensuring that every patient fully understands their financial responsibilities. You'll also be responsible for scheduling appointments and providing our patients with 5-star service from the moment they walk in the door. With your friendly and welcoming demeanor, you'll make each patient feel like a VIP.
