Job Title:Office Admin
Location: Vancouver, WA
Length: Contract
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Greet visitors and assist with their inquiries, providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing, and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging catering when necessary.
Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Ensure office cleanliness and organization, including overseeing janitorial services and coordinating maintenance requests.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, and visitors.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
