Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Coordinate and schedule housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and efficient use of resources.
Maintain accurate records of property maintenance schedules and service requests.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff to relay guest preferences, special requests, and property-specific instructions.
Assist in the procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials as needed.
Handle incoming inquiries and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping and maintenance promptly and professionally.
Support the back-office operations by managing paperwork, filing documents, and organizing administrative tasks.
Handle radio and phone communications through Dispatching throughout the operation, facilitating smooth coordination and timely responses to requests.
Collaborate with other departments, such as reservations and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure.
Assist with special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Uphold company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in hospitality or property management.
Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
Hourly Wage: $18.00
