Unit Description Provide overview of unit, patient population, number of beds, common procedures, key technology, etc Ultrasound complete OB scans or growth scans for Ryland Women s Health Approx. 8-10 patients per day Non-Negotiables Describe necessary experience level, licensure, certifications, education Active ARDMS Registry in Abdomen and OB/GYN required. RVT registry also preferred Schedule Describe shift/schedule structure, floating requirements, call requirements, etc Shift Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Service Agreement Key timelines to be followed by Leadership/Recruitment Leadership Review submissions within 24 to 48 hours of receiving Respond to Recruitment with all offers *Goal of making at least 50% of offers within 2 days of receiving submissions; currently at 28.76%* Speak with each traveler at the 6 week mark about converting to core staff Recruitment Post approved reqs within 24 hours of approval Make job offers by close of business each day Recruitment to re-announce jobs once per week to reflect refreshed post to agencies Send extension requests to Director/CNO for approval two times per week Escalate time off requests to Managers/Directors for approval
