Our client is seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist with specialization in either Cardiac (Echo) or Vascular to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct intricate diagnostic ultrasound procedures within diverse healthcare settings, including the emergency and trauma unit, surgical unit, critical care units, inpatient units, and for outpatients. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, particularly in high-stress emergency situations, while demonstrating technical prowess in optimizing imaging exams for critically ill patients. Cardiac Ultrasound Technologists will perform diagnostic procedures on the heart to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cardiac diseases, adhering to industry, Federal, State, Joint Commission, ICAEL, ASE, and Health standards and requirements.
Who Will Be a Great Fit?
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience within the respective department is essential.
- License(s): Active registration with either Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS or RVS) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS, RVT, RDCS).
- Certification(s): AHA BLS certification must be obtained within sixty (60) days of employment.
