SalaryArlington Pointe Nursing/Rehab facility, is now hiring for a Nursing Secretary/Scheduler position.
The Nursing Secretary/Scheduler provides support to the Director of Nursing, maintains nursing schedules and resident appointments.
.Essential Functions:
- Develops, coordinates and maintains a monthly employee schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels within the nursing department.
- Performs administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports etc
- Maintains a filing system for records
- Schedules Resident appointments/transportation
- Participates in new hire orientation and coordinates new employee job training
- Tracks time and attendance for nursing staff
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Level of Education: High School Graduate
Years of Experience: 2+ years
Type of Experience: Nursing Secretary/Scheduler in a long-term care environment
Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
