Job Description
SUMMARY
Monitor, report, and correct process discrepancies, as well as working with the operations team to implement and maintain best practices with respect to quality and consumer satisfaction, while assisting with production. M-F 7:30am-4:00pm. The is an onsite position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain Quality standards. Identify and implement corrective actions and training when necessary. Monitor and maintain process and reporting guidelines to meet Nintendo’s and/or United Radio’s operating standards. Ensure corrective actions are taken to minimize the incidence of technical or process failure in the Nintendo Department. Audit the operators and facilities to ensure compliance with Nintendo of America’s operation standards. Working within a production role as needed and assisting with production flow.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to co-workers. Must possess interpersonal skills, and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented.
