Facility name:Clearfield Job Corps Center
Location: Clearfield, UT
Work schedule: Varies with some overtime possibilities.

Job responsibilities: Provides support to project director, OA/ CTS. Responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties, which require extreme discretion with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
Perform a variety of secretarial/ clerical duties.
Receive telephone calls and visitors
Maintain a calendar of events, schedules, appointments, make travel arrangements and take minutes of meetings.
Maintain central library of required documents, handbooks, directives and standard operating procedures.
Act as a liaison between director and staff, community contacts and the customer.
Other functions include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate and audit 100% of admissions folders to ensure required information is included, and accurate, before forwarding to appropriate Job Corps center for enrollment consideration.
Evaluate and audit 100% of placement folders to ensure all required information is included and placements are accurate prior to approving in the CTS System
Review and audit all admissions and placement files to ensure contractual compliance with DOL requirements, including case notes.
Maintain tracking logs for all admissions and placement files that are approved each month.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 yrs related experience.
Must have knowledge of computers and various software programs, i.e. Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, etc.
A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required.
