Night Shift Receptionist
Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 5:00PM - 1:00AM
East Meadow, NY
Receptionist Duties Include:
- Acts as the face of our facility and greets visitors at the front desk!
- Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls.
- Directs everyone who enters approriately.
- Provides exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Overall management of the lobby area
- Addresses the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
- Provides support to the sales/marketing and business office teams
- Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner.
- Ensures all questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person(s.)
