- Collaborate with Facility Maintenance Managers and provide on-call support for routine maintenance across the Resort.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a proactive maintenance program to keep our facilities in top-notch shape.
- Handle equipment servicing, including changing light bulbs, repairing drywall, painting, and maintaining furniture.
- Work closely with Facility Maintenance Managers to assess the extent of maintenance issues on-site.
- Document all repairs with detailed work orders, specifying the extent of each repair and the time required for completion.
- Assist in maintaining maintenance records and manuals to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Report any items requiring contracted vendor repair to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining a "Parts" list of standard maintenance components to ensure we're always prepared for basic repairs.
- Keep our company vehicle presentable and in good working condition, adhering to company policies.
- Adhere to safety and training programs established by the department, company, and state agencies.
- Be ready to tackle additional duties as needed.
- Prior experience in carpentry, mechanical, and electrical work is highly preferred.
- Ability to identify critical issues and tap into external sources of expertise when needed.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Perform visual inspections of work areas and grounds.
- Execute mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.

- Ability to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, and kneel for up to 8 hours.
- Lift to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
- Flexibility to work on days, nights, and weekends.
