Senior Haven is adding to our amazing team! We are searching for a Maintenance Director who will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant including, building, grounds and all engineering.
- Supervises all outside vendors and housekeeping staff.
- Responsible for proper and consistent daily maintenance of facility exterior, including building, lawn, plant and/or flower beds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot, by performing or supervising maintenance tasks or facilitating such performance by contracted maintenance services personnel.
- Assures proper and consistent daily maintenance and housekeeping of facility interior, including resident apartments, common areas, offices, storage rooms, and kitchen, by performing or supervising maintenance tasks or facilitating such performance by contracted maintenance services personnel.
- Energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats.
- Experienced in handling a wide range of tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting a community of diverse people.
