Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville has a combined position opportunity for an adept, dependable, motivated, and organized New Car Inventory Specialist/ Receptionist.

Shift/Schedule:

• Full-Time
• 5-day work week

The New car Inventory Specialist/ Receptionistis responsible for:

• Courtesy deliveries
• Stocking in New Cars
• Maintaining accurate inventory of supplies & products
• Make recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory life cycle
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory
• Uses programs/systems to track deliveries etc.
• Evaluates deliveries and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom
• Answer incoming calls/ inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department for disposition.
• Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned
• Provide exceptional customer service support to the sales and service team
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with good record
• High school diploma or equivalent
