- Consistent and dependable attendance.

- Must have the ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours without a break and a maximum of 12 hours with a break. There are NO sitting positions or jobs.
- Must be able to wear/utilize personal protective equipment.
- Ability to work in confined spaces. (Spiral, oven area, etc)
- Enforce food safety, GMPs, and company policy with team members assigned to their shift.
- The ICC Lead/Cycle Counter would be responsible for Scheduling ICC’s for shifts and start times.
- Training new and retraining current ICC’s.
- Cycle Count the warehouse.
- Cycle Count the label cage and stock with new label deliveries.
- Print BOM for next day jobs running and confirm all materials are available.
- Preform daily audits in the Cool/Temp Cooler making sure Allergens are properly tagged and stored.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment, including non-slip safety shoes.
- Follow the Job Safety Analysis for the area, Lockout / Tagout, and the plant safety and quality programs.
- Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to requirements.
- Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
- Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
- Analyze and account for differences within data and physical counts.
- Mark or tag identification on parts.
- Load and unload items
- Record consumption information
- Generate Job Material Request Form
- Systematically and physically transfer materials
- Count Inventory
- Issue Materials
- Generate Receipts
- Coordinate movement of product between departments

- Ability to read and write.
- Basic math skills including weights and measures
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in high volume warehouse/back-of-house operations/inventory environment
- Experience with Shipping and Receiving
- Implementing, teaching and training inventory process
- Working knowledge of GMP’s
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience working with in a manufacturing environment, leading to knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality controls, cost, and other techniques or maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
