Infosys is seeking a Network Administrator who will be responsible for managing and leading team to support corporate Networks: LAN/WAN/Wireless, and Data Center. The Network Administrator needs to maintain best practices and collaborate with other teams.
Required Qualifications:
•Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Detroit, MI, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
•Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
•At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
•At least 4 years of working experience in:
•Network Administration, Operation, and Management
•Corporate Network management: Cisco Routing, switching, and Wireless
•Datacenter Network management: Cisco ACI, Infoblox, Nexus Switches, SAN Switches
•Participate in incident, problem, service request and change management activities for Network Administration
•Participate in Projects: Upgrades, set-up, and Migrations
•Manage: Infoblox, DHCP, DNS, IPAM, PCI, and NERC networks
•Upgrades, set-up, and failover
•Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities for Network Administration.
•Support Operations: Incident, Change, Problem, Service requests
•Interface with Client SME's to provide governance for the Network track
•Manage and support Compliance networks such as: NERC and any associated activities around it
•Provide Physical presence and support in Datacenter for critical changes as and when deemed necessary
•Interface for Operations or Project deliverables
•Lead a Team of 7-8 members working from Offshore
•Support any network activities including: sustainment, break-fix, Configuration management, auditing for Compliance network such as: NERC, which can only be delivered from Onsite.
•Manage Technology stacks involved in Client network

Preferred Qualifications:
•Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
•Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
•Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
•Exceptional Organizational Skills
•Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
•Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
•Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
•Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
•Working Knowledge Good to Have Experience in the following:
•Cisco Routing & Switching
•Cisco Wireless
•Cisco ACI & Nexus
•Inflobox
•Technical Certifications
•Previous experience in PCI and NERC
•Field Support
•Prior experience preferred: leading teams and interfacing with Clients for Technical operations and delivery
•Configuring & break-fix support of Network devices - router in an individual capacity.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
