WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Information Technology from four-year College or university preferred; a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft365 Office Suite of applications
- CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, Fortinet NSE4 or other Intermediate level Microsoft365 certification
- Valid Driver's License required; must meet company insurability standards
LIFE AT HUNTER:
- Working knowledge of data circuits, SD-WAN, load balancing, intrusion detection, packet inspection and other standard network techniques and designs.
- Monitors and maintains the dealership network environment, directories, and security. Maintain backup of all files, security, and rights.
- Install, configure, and manage network equipment including, but not limited to, switches, routers, wireless access points, load balancers and WAN optimization devices.
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory (AD), perform AD consolidations, Group Policy design and implementation, and various scripting languages utilized by Windows servers.
- Maintain and administer VMware environment and underlying storage at both the production and Disaster Recovery site including backup and replication software.
- Maintain and administer cloud-based technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Amazon Glacier storage, Microsoft365 and the included applications (Teams, OneDrive, Defender, etc…) as well as other storage and backup providers.
- Assist in providing computer/network support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users.
- Assist in installation of workstations and printers on the network.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
