Job Duties:
- Maintaining computer networks including VPNs, routers, printers, VOIP phones and other physical hardware
- Installing and configuring network equipment including hardware from Cisco, Watchguard, TP Link, and Ubiquiti
- Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems
- Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
- Implementing disaster recovery procedures
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
- Creating plans for property deployment of networking hardware and maintaining a database of all hardware and configurations.
- Use IT ticket tracking platform to create, track, and resolve all issues and requests reported in a timely fashion. This includes updating tickets with accurate and thorough documentation. Collecting data from vendor partners and onsite personnel to aid in problem determination, proposal creation and resolution. Assistance may be via phone, Microsoft Teams, in person, N-Central RMM, and through our ticketing system.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle and prioritize many tasks each day.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to produce user and troubleshooting documentation that other people can understand.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows 10 Professional, Microsoft AD
- 3 years of experience and a CompTIA network+, CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Availability to work during designated shift every day of the year, including weekdays, but excluding vacation and sick hours
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license
