0.5% Commission on collective sales in the Sales Department, excluding house accounts.
Commissions are paid out on a quarterly basis.

Responsibilities:
Sales Performance:
Contribute to meeting sales goals by personal sales production
Monitor the team's sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates to ensure they are on track to meet or exceed targets.
Implement effective sales techniques and best practices to boost individual and team performance.
Motivate the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas.
Set clear sales objectives and goals for the team aligned with the company's overall goals.
Identify potential areas for growth and new market opportunities.
Review and refine Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and pricing structures.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure fulfill company mission and vision
Customer Relationship Management:
Evaluate current systems and guide transition to new ERP
Foster strong relationships with key clients and major accounts.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Generate timely sales reports and present them to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
