The Commercial Finance Intern will provide support to the N. America Commercial & Med Affairs finance team in the operations of our FP&A processes. The focus areas will be assisting with monthly close reporting & analysis enhancements, Sales/Opex analytics, and AOP process/templates. This role will add operational capacity and analytical enhancements to the team during a busy period in the FP&A calendar. The intern will develop knowledge of a Pharma company’s FP&A processes as well as developing reporting/analysis and data synthesis skills.
Essential Functions of the job:
- Support monthly financial results reporting & analysis
- Support enhancements to operating expense variance analysis
- Analyze sales trends to support predictive modeling
- Support creation of AOP templates/calendar
Education Required: Currently enrolled in Undergraduate program
Computer Skills: Sound knowledge of MS office applications
Travel: None required
Pay Rate:
$27.50/hr (Undergrad)
$38.50/hr (Masters)
$40.50/hr (Ph.D.)
