What You'll Be Doing

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of all Commercial Banking products offered to Financial Institutions to maximize effectiveness of position as a valued member of the Financial Institutions Group
  • Assist Relationship Managers in delivering the bank to clients and prospect
  • Produce monthly reports detailing performance of Financial Institutions Group
  • Produce materials and pitchbooks in advance of client meetings
  • Produce research/profile reports on prospective clients
  • Maintain database of customers and contact information in Salesforce
  • Use client data and pipeline to predict future growth
  • Track client activity across multiple product groups
  • Review client profitability and pricing strategies
  • Assist in miscellaneous projects as needed
  • Strong time management and organizational skills required
  • Ability to independently learn and problem solve
  • Desire to learn and avoid making the same mistake twice
  • Strong team players willing to assist anyone in the Financial Institutions Group as needed

Who You Are
  • College degree/pursuing college degree in accounting, business, economics, entrepreneurship, finance or marketing
  • Previous exposure to accounting and financial statements
  • Passion for Financial Institutions, including asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and financial exchanges
  • Track record of engagement in philanthropic, social or athletic activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is necessary to complete many daily responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 3.0 GPA minimum
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025
