Multimedia Coordinator

Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill aMultimedia Coordinatorposition. This is a full-time position based out of Gardner's Corporate Offices located at 160 E Virginia Ave, San Jose, CA 95112. Under the guidance and direction of the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Multimedia Coordinator will assist in developing and implementing communications and advertising content for a variety of communications platforms (website, social media, media, print, text, newsletters, fundraising platforms, in-clinic television content). This person will research, write, proofread and edit all content, plan and execute public communications. Design graphics for smaller in-house projects and perform complex administrative, research, technical and professional work in providing information and constituent services to the patients, clients and the general public on a broad range of programs, services, issues, and policies at Gardner Health Services. Responsible for coordinating responses to social media interactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience, preferred.
• Minimum High School Diploma with two (2) years’ experience with multimedia marketing, communications, and graphic design.
• Two (2) years of increasingly responsible, related experience, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft office.
• Demonstrated customer services skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent, written and verbal in English, required and Spanish, is preferred.

Valid California Driver License and current automobile insurance, required for travel within sites and/or events.

Compensation:

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.

Multimedia Coordinator: $24.03 - $26.92/hourly
