Job Summary:
The Coordinator of Multimedia Production supports the Office of Open Learning with its digital and learning platforms.
Duties include editing videos and podcasts, as well as serving as the lead technician on virtual classes and some webinars. The main responsibilities will be editing videos and podcasts to create a powerful, beautiful, memorable visual and audio brand for the new AJU Open offerings, to be launched early in 2024. While there is a preference for LA-based professionals, remote workers may be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the digital back end of free online offerings (uploading, tagging, etc.)
- Managing podcast and video recordings on Riverside platform.
- Working with freelance DPs to coordinate offsite video recordings.
- Editing about 6 hours (in finished form) of podcast a month, and 2-3 hours of video per month
- Occasionally gather and collate data for future partnership outreach
Recommended Qualifications:
- Five years' experience with audio and visual editing
- BA degree in related background, with MA or MFA preferred
- MS Office Suite
- Relevant editing software
- Social Media Platforms
- WordPress/Drupal or similar familiarity
