• Design and conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Mortgage Sales team in sales techniques and mortgage products.
• Create and execute sales strategies and objectives to boost mortgage loan production and achieve revenue goals.
• Offer personalized coaching and feedback to individual Mortgage Sales team members to enhance their sales performance and meet sales targets.
• Analyze sales metrics and performance data to pinpoint areas for improvement and recommend ways to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with management to establish and implement training programs and resources supporting the professional growth of the Mortgage Sales team.
