Job Description:
As an entry-level Sales Coordinator at Nations Mortgage, you'll be an important part of helping our business succeed. This is a starting position, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn, develop, and be a valuable part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Learn about our services and effectively communicate them.
- Actively engage in sales processes to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work with others in a team-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn about the mortgage industry and stay updated on industry regulations.
