- Learn and utilize Towne’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and become an expert user for all aspects of TPO client outreach and new business development to convert prospects to active clients
- Have direct involvement in onboarding and training new client LOs and processors
- Assertively data mine contact information for prospect LOs, processors, and broker owners
- Have daily outreach (cold call, email, text, social media) to prospects
- Leverage BI/BA for additional client intelligence
- Leverage Marketing, CRM, and social media advertising opportunities to promote the brand and product offerings
- Report on the progress of prospecting activities to Senior Leaders on a regular basis
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
Experience Needed:
- 2-3 years minimum of wholesale mortgage experience as an Account Executive required
- Have an existing book of business; preferred, but not required
- Have strong presentation skills required using phone and virtual meetings
- Have knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Have knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines; Quickly learn and understand Towne’s product offering
- Have an outgoing personality, excellent communication/presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships and sell Towne to new clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be willing and want to spend most of the day prospecting / cold calling
- Work harmoniously and effectively with others
- Be passionate about business development and meeting the needs of our clients

- Support day-to-day responsibilities and other functions as assigned
