Kaiser Permanente/The Southeast Permanent Medical Group (TSPMG) is searching for a dynamic talent manager to join our team. This position manages and executes our end-to-end talent strategy, playing a crucial role in finding and retaining our top talent and ensuring TSPMG employees embody The Permanente Person. This leader will be accountable for the Talent Acquisition and initial onboarding process, the development of hiring strategies, hiring analytics and employment branding initiatives. This position serves as a consultant to others in the HR department, senior leadership, hiring leaders, and other business partners, leveraging external best practices, expertise, organizational awareness, business acumen, and the ability to effectively partner with and influence others.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or related field and 7-10 years of experience in physician or professional recruitment and 2 years of experience in management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• PHR, SPHR certification
• Experience in healthcare
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (required)
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written (required)
• Demonstrated ability to lead with curiosity, empathy, human-centeredness
• Models a comfort with ambiguous situations, is nimble and driven to rapidly explore, develop, and deliver measurable, effective hiring and retention outcomes

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Develops and implements best practice strategies, processes, and systems to ensure the hiring and initial onboarding of quality applicants in a timely, proactive, and cost-effective manner. Includes oversight of the TSPMG web page, ensuring TSPMG representation at various recruitment events, reviewing best practices with other PMGs, collaborates closely with designated Physician Recruiter Leader(s), etc.
• Maintains department specific recruiting responsibilities, as part of manager role, by providing hands on recruitment support and backup for other Recruiters as needed.
• Proactively works with senior leadership/chiefs to review department needs and provide recruiting solutions.
• Day-to-day management of recruitment functions and staff.
• Ensuring good Resource Stewardship, is responsible for managing recruitment budget and for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of recruitment activities.
• Partners with HR and OD SME's to design Talent Acquisition training and ensures that recruitment educational strategy is in place for new and existing TSPMG leaders; provides oversight for material development and training facilitation.
• Responsible for development and ongoing management of the TSPMG intern program.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with targeted residency programs.
• Maintain relationships with Sr. Leadership and Chiefs to ensure recruitment strategy and goals align with business objectives.
• Provide analytics for the end-to-end talent management process (cost per hire, time to hire, etc.).
