Description
Job Title: On-Site Psychologist
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate On-Site Psychologist to join our team. As an On-Site Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing mental health support to our employees and their families. You will work collaboratively with our various teams to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site psychological evaluations and various types of therapy
- Function independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in evaluating individuals and families and assessing their need for services
- Establish diagnostic impressions
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Complete testing for clients
- Offer crisis intervention services
- Complete record keeping and reports in a timely manner
- Utilize technology for record keeping and report writing
- Meet performance standards
- Provide training and education on mental health topics
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all counseling sessions

Requirements
Requirements: On-Site Psychologist
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology - preference given to those with PhD.
- Active state license to practice as a Psychologist
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a counseling or therapy role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other technology
