Form of workMES Business Analyst (Must have Manufacturing System Experience)
Location:- Remote.
Implement MES solution to Manufacturing Plants
Visit site conduct workshop with plant users to understand As-IS process
Gather requirements Map value chain & document the proposed future state
Capture business process maps and document (activity diagrams & Usecases)
Perform Fit gap analysis Multisite compare to derive unified core workflow
Configure the system and assist in data loading and testing activities
Complete installation and Master data setup as required
Assist Site Acceptance Testing and user training
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate site deployment activities
Onsite and/or remote hyper care support
Handles support issues with contractor vendors via incidents management (ITIL Client ALM Remedy etc.)
Serve as the liaison between the plant business and the Integrator teams
Implement systems like Savigent Uniwin Bartender PI PQDB and other MES components
Implement interfaces with hardware systems like Printers SCALES PLCs handhelds etc.
Create Training Site questionnaire help checklists job aid documentation etc
Own the OSC application onboarding process and checkpoints signoff
Represent as Change coordinator or manager on project development to delivery and lead change management activities
