Mental Health Therapist Licensed

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide clinical counseling and Mental Health services to individuals, and families. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong clinical counseling skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' Mental Health needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients using various modalities
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote client engagement and motivation for change
- Implement applied behavior analysis strategies for clients with behavioral challenges
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to address common Mental Health concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in the provision of Mental Health services

Skills:
- Experience working with Adult and children in a Mental Health setting
- Proficiency in clinical counseling techniques and modalities
- Knowledge of motivational interviewing principles and strategies
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Understanding of the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for Mental Health disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT)
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
