- Your clinical case load will be limited to 8-12 clients on average in order to allow you to prioritize individualized care
- You clinical contact hours each week will be limited to 20-25 hours per week to prioritize your own balance and Mental Health
- Facilitate clinical groups that foster connection, learning, and growth among clients.
- Provide personalized individual therapy that addresses the root causes of clients’ issues and empowers them to change.
- Collaborate on treatment plans that are tailored to clients’ needs and goals.
- Use your empathy and experience to guide clients along their unique paths to recovery.

- Licensed Clinician - Clinical license preferred (Must be licensed in Virginia or able to transfer license prior to start date).
- You must have at least one of the following licenses LPC, LCSW-C, LMFT - Provisional Licenses will also be considered (Resident in Counseling, LMSW, Supervisee in Social Work, and Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy).
- Minimum of 1 year of non-internship experience with family therapy and/or substance use or Mental Health treatment.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
