WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED (minimum requirements):
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) in Virginia.
- Must have at least 5 years of post-master’s degree experience providing Mental Health or substance use services
- Ethical and professional
- Excellent documentation skills including the ability to use Electronic Health Record systems
- Willingness to engage with Zoe’s team of practitioners and staff fostering connection and collaboration
- Willingness to coordinate care with other Zoe practitioners
WHAT WE WILL ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER:
- Providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and or adults using evidence-based interventions
- Creating thorough diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and comprehensive discharge plans for a diverse range of clients experiencing psychological challenges
- Engaging in care coordination and collaboration with other professionals
