We’re seeking experienced (5+ years of post licensure) Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our diverse and dynamic team of professionals. Licensure and certification in evidence-based interventions a plus.

Zoe’s Intake team reviews perspective patients and aims to match you with clients according to your specialty.

Zoe offers billing support. Our providers do not have to worry about submitting billing or taking copays.

Zoe offers credentialling support to assist with credentialing as needed.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED (minimum requirements):

- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) in Virginia.

- Must have at least 5 years of post-master’s degree experience providing Mental Health or substance use services

- Ethical and professional

- Excellent documentation skills including the ability to use Electronic Health Record systems

- Willingness to engage with Zoe’s team of practitioners and staff fostering connection and collaboration

- Willingness to coordinate care with other Zoe practitioners

WHAT WE WILL ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER:

- Providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and or adults using evidence-based interventions

- Creating thorough diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and comprehensive discharge plans for a diverse range of clients experiencing psychological challenges

- Engaging in care coordination and collaboration with other professionals

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
