A Rhaea Hope is a multidisciplinary, Northern Virginia-based group practice that offers individual, parenting, couples therapy, and personal development coaching. We are hiring for a part-time contract therapist/counselor.

Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned client weekly, or otherwise as determined by the client’s needs;
- Provide individual therapy to clients based on their unique needs to enhance and foster the client’s optimal functioning;
- Complete Initial Assessments;
- Complete Treatment Plans with the client;
- Comprehensively and accurately document all services provided and submit all documentation (i.e., progress notes, Treatment Plan, discharge summary) within 72 hours of service completion;
- Continually assess client’s needs, service availability, diagnosis, and the appropriateness of the services provided;
- Attend monthly group supervision;
Position Requirments:
- Must be a LMSW (Licensed Master's Social Worker) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of Virginia
- 1 year of experience
- Strong Internet Connection
- Computer Literacy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
