At MTG, associates can access and bill insurance panels immediately and build a practice in record time that honors their skills, pays them what they’re worth, and sustains them throughout a long-term career in Mental Healthcare.

Mindful Therapy Group was founded by clinicians to empower clinicians to build a private practice. Our mission is to create more access to quality Mental Healthcare by helping providers build sustainable private practices. Our provider-centric approach allows you to focus on the client care, while we handle the backend administrative pieces.

We are seeking Mental Health professionals who value collaboration and work-life balance. We believe that the recipe for a sustainable private practice is when providers make more revenue, have clinical freedom, and support manageable caseloads (16-24 hours per week). Our 1099 contract model allows us to help providers accomplish this while they retain control of their practice.

Services include:

• Insurance billing that makes therapy affordable for clients. Within weeks of joining MTG, you will be able to access national and regional insurance panels.
• Choose an in-house supervisor that fits you best. Our large team of clinical supervisors means that you can find the best mentor to help you succeed.
• Prompt billing and collection by expert financial teams. Our dedicated teams file claims quickly and track their progress to ensure that you’re paid what you’re owed.
• True control of your practice. All clinical and business decision-making stays in your hands so that your practice works for you. You decide your schedule, which clients you see, and whether you see clients via telehealth or in one of our local offices.
• Hands-on personalized support. With a dedicated support staff member, you will always have access to someone who understands your practice and knows how to help.
• Referral stream and marketing partnerships. We leverage our marketing campaigns to help build your practice from the thousands of client inquiries we receive each week.
• Curated brick-and-mortar office spaces. Access to beautiful, modern office spaces for client sessions at no additional charge.

• Active Washington LSWAIC, LMFTA, LMHCA, or plan to obtain one
