SalaryBlack Pine Counseling Center is a successful, private practice located near City Center in Newport News VA. You would be joining our group of 7 licensed counselors with various clinical backgrounds to support you in your next career move.
We are looking to hire one more Licensed Professional counselor or licensed marriage and family therapist or a licensed social worker ( play, art or family therapist would be a plus.) We are offering a sign on bonus to those who are experienced.

Applicant Requirements:
- Must have a Virginia Clinical Counseling License (LMFT, LPC or LCSW)
- Desire to be part of a collegial, mutually supportive atmosphere.
Counselor Responsibilities:
- Provide high level of ethical and competent care to clients
- Communicate effectively with director and administrative staff regarding client and professional issues
- Ensure all documentation is completed within 24 hours of session
- Meet and maintain all state professional counselor license requirements
