Under limited supervision, utilizes clinical skills in providing crisis services for children, adolescents, and adults under the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Program with RCSD as a ride-a-long with deputy. De-escalate crisis and traumatic events, determine level of care, and coordinate referrals if necessary to appropriate programs/resources. Staff onsite calls with supervisor during the day and calls that come in after 5:00 pm with supervisor on duty for Mobile Crisis.
Coordinate with key community stakeholders to provide multi-system, trauma-informed interventions and participate in community outreach events.
Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting statewide the data collection of patients served.
State Requirements: A master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field.
Also requires travel with a deputy of RCSD and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with a flexible schedule that will be Mon-Fri from 11pm - 7am, including weekend coverage. Agency Prefers: A master's degree in guidance, counseling or the social sciences and one (1) year or more post graduate counseling experience of which must have been in a clinical setting.
