We are looking for a Medicare Customer Service Representative to communicate with our patients over the phone, answer questions, troubleshoot issues and communicating with our other teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Provide technical support/troubleshooting any equipment issues and/or concerns with patients
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Updating customer information in our CRM (Customer Relations Management) software (Brightree)
- Providing great Customer Service over the phone
- Consistently exceeding performance targets and daily call quotas
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or escalations
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base wage ($17 - $19 per hour)

Requirements:
- Two years of previous experience in a Customer Service role required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Brightree is preferred but not required
- Must have experience with CRM software and strong computer skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- This is an full time position, requiring a minimum of one year of technical support and DME experience
- Must be able to pass a level two pre-employment background check
