Medicare Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Medicare Customer Service Representative to communicate with our patients over the phone, answer questions, troubleshoot issues and communicating with our other teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Provide technical support/troubleshooting any equipment issues and/or concerns with patients
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
• Updating customer information in our CRM (Customer Relations Management) software (Brightree)
• Providing great Customer Service over the phone
• Consistently exceeding performance targets and daily call quotas
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or escalations
• Provide exceptional Customer Service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

• Competitive base wage ($17 - $19 per hour)

Requirements:

• Two years of previous experience in a Customer Service role required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Brightree is preferred but not required
• Must have experience with CRM software and strong computer skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• This is an full time position, requiring a minimum of one year of technical support and DME experience
• Must be able to pass a level two pre-employment background check
