Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant

Job description

We are currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Medical Receptionist/Assistant with reception experience to assist our team. The successful candidate will respond to phone calls and schedule appointments and be responsible for handling various tasks and projects. Must be experienced with computer software and be willing to work well with others in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients arriving for appointments.
• Get patient information in a timely manner.
• Communicate with patients to schedule appointments, insurance authorizations, and verify information.
• Be able to handle multiple incoming calls at once.
• Answer patient questions in a polite and professional manner.
• Translate for MD when needed

Part Time Hours : Monday Tuesday Wednesday & Friday 9am - 2:30pm Thursday 9:30am - 6:00 pm ( subject to change)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
