Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized and have experience working in a fast-paced medical office. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and managing patient records. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, has the ability to multitask and has excellent communication skills. We have an office in Ridgewood, NJ and will soon be opening a satellite location in Clifton, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.
• Process medical forms and documents.
• Provide information about pain medicine treatments and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
