SalarySmall yest bustling dermatology practice on the Upper East Side is seeking personable, motivated and conscientous front desk receptionist to be a part of our team and provide the best possible care to our patients! The primary responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, checking insurance eligibility/referrals/ prior authorizations, scanning patient documents, communicating with pharmacies and insurance companies, collecting co payments, and escorting patients into exam rooms.
Schedule may vary slightly from week to week and the hours may range from 8am to 6pm depending on the day (some early, some late). Knowledge/experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus, as is flexibility and strong attention to detail.
