Comprehensive Orthopaedics is a private practice located in Millburn, NJ. We are a leader in patient care, education and research. We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Medical Receptionist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
·Greet patients and visitors at the door.
·Check patients in at the desk.
·Schedule appointments for patients.
·Collect copays and co-pays.
·Answer phones.
·Receive payments from patients.
·Schedule patient appointments and collect payments.
·Scan patient charts and update patient records.
·Check patients out at the end of their visit.
·Ensure that all paperwork for each visit is completed and is sent to the billing office for processing.
·Check faxes and e-mail messages for accuracy.
·Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Office Experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.74 - $21.36 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
