Must have a quiet environment to take/make phone calls. Must have stable internet connection, working computer - all applications are cloud-based, and computer activity tracking during work hours will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries n a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordination of patient services
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Skills:
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
