- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars.
- Verify insurance information and process payments.
- Update and maintain electronic health records using medical software systems.
- Assist with patient registration and check-in/out processes.
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.

- Proven experience working in a medical office or similar setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a Orthopedic Office a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
