Medical Receptionist

Mineral Surgery Center has an immediate opening for a full-time or part-time Medical Receptionist.

Regularly you will . . .

• Greet patients and visitors and answer phone.
• Manages entire admitting process for patients
• Print daily schedules
• Manage daily charts
• Act as customer service rep and assist patients and their families during their wait

Success in this position will require . . .

• A high-level customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A positive attitude
• Excellent telephone skills
• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred
• Microsoft Office experience
• Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

Mineral Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgery center in Littleton specializing in ophthalmology care delivered by the area’s finest physicians.

The compensation and benefit package is competitive and will depend on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits will include health, dental, vision, life, and generous paid time off.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
