SalaryWe are looking for a part-time or Full -time Medical Receptionist to manage the front desk of an Optometrist Office. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the office while performing various other duties. Pre-testing such as Visual Test, OCT and Fundus Photo. We Will provide Training.
The hours are:
Tuesday -Friday 8:30AM-5.30PM Saturdays 8:00 am To 3PM
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome Patients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Check medical and vision insurances
- Schedule patient appointments
- Perform various optical tests on patients
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
