Medical Receptionist Medical Assistant

Medical office in Reno has an immediate opening for a full-time position for a Medical Receptionist/ Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; answering and directing incoming calls, e-mail correspondence, greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, prepare and follow up on patient referrals, collect copays and light bookkeeping.

Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent in training is required to administer injections, draw blood, and assist the physician as needed.

Also expected to perform wellness exams for our MDVIP patients.

Applicant must be dependable, respectful, able to work independently, multitask, and have excellent communication skills, to join our positive and cheerful staff.

Athena & Quickbooks software knowledge is strongly preferred however, on the job training will be provided as needed.
