We are a boutique, fast growing Medical Spa seeking an full time office team member. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in Aesthetics (Fillers, Botox/Jeaveau, Morpheus8) is a bonus.
The job includes all client interactions through phone, texts, in person, setting appointments, confirming, consents, forms, photos and uploading to drop box, payments, follow ups, lab orders, giving points for products, inventory, charting, ordering products, working from the spa. There are phone calls that fall outside of business hours but we are right in the middle of growing so the right fit, will be someone that is excited to come in during this stage. It’s a lot of work but it’s exciting and there is a lot of room for growth.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, filing paperwork, and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be organized and personable and be able to multitask many things at once.
