SalaryWe are seeking a FULL-TIME Medical Receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Candidate must be a team player, personable and work well with others. Flexibility, professional appearance and good communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients upon arrival
- Handle all administrative duties such as checking patients in/out, obtaining demographic and insurance information
- Collecting patient co-payments
- Answering routine phone calls
- Recording and attending to patient inquiries
- Taking messages
- Prior Authorizations and Referrals
- Filing/Pulling charts
- Schedule patient appointments
- Verifying insurance eligibility and deductibles
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
SCHEDULE
Monday (required) 10am-7:00pm
Tuesday (required) 10:30am-5:00pm
Wednesday (required) 11am-7:00pm
Thursday (required) 9:30am-4:00pm
Friday (required) 9:30am-3:30pm
Saturday (required one per month) 8:30am-12:30pm

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
