SalaryThis position provides clerical support to Clinicians in a mental health clinic setting. This position is based in N St Paul and is available immediately. Duties include, but are not limited to: phones, reception, computer scheduling, electronic file preparation and maintenance, collecting co-pays/daily deposits, data entry, supply ordering and filing. Will also include some patient registration during slower working periods. Work week is 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must have friendly communication and telephone skills with ability to remain courteous and helpful in all situations. Must be organized and detail oriented. Must have 1-2 years experience in a health care setting, mental health preferred. High School Diploma or GED Required.
