Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors and customers upon arrival.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member and facilitate the completion of information forms as needed.
- Answer telephone calls following company policies to ensure patient privacy.
- Administer the telephone voice mail system and monitor using NEC software.
- Distribute mail daily to the respective personnel mailboxes.
- Maintain the postage meter and postage supplies.
- Type correspondence and handle routine filing as delegated.
- Assist in periodic mass mailings.
- Practice good ethical decision-making in all responsibilities.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service, adhering to ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HQAA, and other regulatory rules and regulations.
- Assist HR Manager and CEO with assigned duties.
- Support all departments and branch offices with additional tasks as assigned.
- Maintain Will-Call Sales, post payments, and process cash transactions according to protocol.
- Name and scan documents to the Document Imaging Program.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma equivalent.
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in office software and equipment.
