As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Collaborate with staff to facilitate smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
