The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office setting, and be familiar with EMR systems and terminology. As well as be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Check patients in and out for appointments with a friendly demeanor.
- Identifying, collecting, and posting co-payments and fees.
- Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens for testing.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient demographics and insurance information.
- Coordinating patient referrals and scheduling pre-authorizations.
- Responsible for other administrative duties as needed.
Medical Receptionist Requirements:
- 6 months of experience working in a medical office required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology.
